These drinks are sure to keep that spark alive:

Avery Island Bloody Mary

Yields: 1 serving, 9 ounces

In a large mixing/pint glass, combine the following ingredients by stirring:

4 oz. Tomato juice
4 oz. Vegetable Juice
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 pinches Avery Island Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon ketchup
Juice of one lime
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco Sweet and Spicy Pepper Sauce
2 dashes Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce
1 to 1/12 oz. Vodka

Chill mixing/pint glass in refrigerator for several hours and pour stirred mixture into Collins glass without Ice.

 

Born on the Bayou

2 dashes Tabasco Habanero sauce

1 oz. Rhum Agricole

1/2 oz. white creme de cacao

1/2 oz. orange curacao

1 dash Peychaud’s bitters

Directions: Stir ingredients very well with ice and strain over ice into a rocks glass.

Garnish: flamed orange twist
